Bio
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I enjoyed spending my summers and other vacations camping or visiting my grandparents in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. At 19, I left for Alaska to continue my college education, spending one year in Anchorage before moving to Fairbanks, where I eventually graduated with a B.A. in English. After graduation I moved to Bozeman, Montana where I worked as a night stocker at a grocery store and then at a print shop. A year later, I interned with Campus Crusade for Christ at their world headquarters in Orlando, Florida. My internship consisted mostly of writing radio scripts. Following the internship, I joined staff full time with Campus Crusade. However, I left staff 6 months later. The next year was spent looking for a job at a time when unemployment was skyrocketing. Being unsuccessful, I decided to go back to school and moved to Southern California where I attended Fuller Seminary. I have recently relocated back to Fairbanks, Alaska where I am currently working at a print shop while pursuing more fully some of my other passions, which include fly fishing and hunting. I am also writing a novel.
